The delivery time of the items purchased on the Revival Espirulina. website will be the one marked at the end of the order and it will be delivered within the approximate period that appears both in the product file and in the summary of the purchase. The delivery time is merely approximate and does not compromise its exact fulfillment, as it is a service provided by third parties unrelated to Revival Espirulina The process will be as follows, once the item / items purchased are ready, the customer will receive an email in which they can check the status of their order. It is possible that, if the order consists of two or more articles, these will be received in shipments delayed in time. That is, you can receive one or more articles first and days later, the rest. This is because it is possible that the chosen articles are in different warehouses, thus carrying out different shipments. The price of transporting the items purchased includes their delivery to the delivery address chosen by the customer in the purchase process. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that access to the specified address is suitable to perform this service under normal conditions. If due to the dimensions of the product / s purchased it is impossible to get these items to that address, neither the transport company nor Revival Espirulina will be responsible for the costs arising from the delivery to the address chosen by other means (for example: use of cranes or lifting platforms). The price of transport does not include the removal of furniture. If the client needs furniture to be removed, he must state it and Customer Service will review the request and a personalized estimate will be sent.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to circumstances beyond our control related to COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure our employees are protected. We are doing our best to fulfill orders as quickly and safely as possible however additional delays may also occur with carriers delivering parcels on our behalf. Email updates are provided as parcels are shipped and are your best source for parcel tracking information. Thank you for your understanding.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS LEAVE A FULFILLMENT CENTRE WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

If your shipment has a value of less than 200€ and does not require a signature, the courier may ‘safe drop’ the parcel on the doorstep. If the parcel value exceeds 200€ and/or requires a signature and there is no one available to receive it, a notice card with pick-up details on how to collect your order will be left. Parcel pick-up details will vary depending on shipping carrier.

At Revival Espirulina, we stand behind everything we sell. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Revival Espirulina, within 30 days, please return your unused, unworn or Manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (minus the shipping charge).

  • All returns without a receipt will be credited to a store merchandise card, at the lowest system price in the last 14 months.
  • All returns with a gift receipt will be credited to a merchandise card at the price paid on the gift receipt.
  • Shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded.
  • Jumpstart donations will not be refunded. 
  • Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If PayPal is used for payment, the item(s) may be returned to our Revival Espirulina retail store locations to receive a refund. PayPal returns at our Revival Espirulina store locations will credit a debit or credit card.
